Stella Waites is a fourth-year accounting student in the Journey Honors College at Kennesaw State University. Upon graduation, she plans to transition into KSU’s Master of Accounting program and pursue her CPA license. She is also a member of LEAD (Leaders in Ethical Action and Development), a new on-campus organization dedicated to fostering ethical leadership.
As the Iota Tau chapter Reporter, her responsibilities will include managing the reporting and tracking hours. She looks forward to working on the executive committee to continue leading the organization in excellence. She strongly encourages anyone to reach out to her if they have any questions or want to connect.
She is excited to start her Audit internship with Carr, Riggs & Ingram in the Spring of 2027. While she is still exploring whether her passion is in tax, audit, or elsewhere, she is eager to gain as much experience as possible.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, working on various arts and crafts projects, exploring local coffee spots, and playing with her cat.
